Subject Qualifications: Business License, Operation License, Front & Back Copy Of Legal Representative ID With Official Seal

Operation Documents: Approval Form + Commitment Letter (Sealed By Standard Template), Venue Use Agreement (Valid For Airspace Cycle)

Aircraft Documents: Airworthiness Certificate, Aircraft Nationality Certificate, Radio License, Clear Fuselage Number Photos, Aircraft Insurance Including Third-Party Liability Insurance

Personnel Qualifications: Valid Pilot License, Electronic Cloud License, Medical Qualification Certificate
Core Venue Standards
(1) Runway Requirements:

Size: Centerline Length ≥300m, Width ≥20m, Taxiway & Runway Spacing ≥10m
Slope: Longitudinal / Transverse Slope ≤1% (Mandatory Standard)
Structure: C25 Concrete Surface ≥10cm or Grassland Height ≤10cm, Shoulder Lawn Width ≥5m
Clearance: Obstacle Height ≤5m within 300m extension at both ends; No fixed buildings within 75m side; Over 300m away from densely populated areas

(2) Hangar & Supporting Facilities:

Hangar: Single aircraft clear height ≥5m, length ≥12m, width ≥4m, door clear width ≥5m, floor load ≥1.5t/m²
Supporting: Special 95# gasoline storage tank ≥50m away from hangar, reserved 30kW charging interface, liquid filling port for agriculture & forestry area

(3) Safety Facilities:

Fire Protection: Standard foam fire-extinguishing device for agriculture & forestry area, ≥2m³ fire sand box, emergency supply & demolition tool cabinet
Spacing: Hangar ≥50m from storage tank, ≥15m from forest land

Service Support

25‑hour and 100‑hour maintenance requirements:
After the first 25 hours of operation, the gyroplane requires an initial maintenance check in accordance with the maintenance checklist and manual. Thereafter, maintenance shall be performed every 100 operating hours or annually, whichever comes first.
